I am passionate about nurturing creativity in students, arming them with the skills they need to manifest their dreams and imagination into reality. For many years, I have been a freelance tutor, and more recently a lecturer and trainer in the fields of art and design. With degrees and industry experience in both art and design, I am a versatile educator. I have an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, a Bachelor of Fine Arts (studio) with Honours, and recently completed a Masters of Fine Arts by research. As a sessional lecturer at Karl von Busse Institute of Design; Australia's oldest private design college, I am involved in training, and also writing, updating, and developing new courses. I am currently lecturing in drawing, colour theory, and design history. I have also previously taught painting, professional practice, presentation, and a workshop on portfolio and résumé evaluation and development for graduating students. With broad experience in both art and design, I can lecture on many facets of several industries. If you are interested in working with me, please see the contact page.
